Fish On! 3-11-25 Fishonok.com Keystone Lake today. Water temperature 47. We got on striped bass pretty good on the last outing so I wanted to come back and check that out and that’s what we did. Loaded up some friends and we got both species located. And we caught both species and had a good time enjoying the beautiful weather and catching some fish nothing to write home about on volume but we got a mess of stripers. There’s a ton of them! Sonar just stays lit now and they’re hanging around the boat and showing interest. It was difficult to get them to bite today and they’re still moving a little slow. We got the Striper best in 28 to 33 foot of water. And the catfish were hanging out 18 to 15 feet. If you’re interested in trying the Striper I think I’ve got one day open this month that I could book. Catfish were on good today and striper pretty slow. The lake come up a few inches on water level but the water don’t look too bad. It’s a couple of foot over normal. Biggest striper was 7lbs. 1 gallon of fresh cold bass fillets. Caught them on live bait and down lines small medium and large shad.
Fish On! 3-7-25 Keystone Lake, Call me for booking. My calander is pretty full but I’ve got a few days open. David Clark is going to help cover some trips if needed We headed out and got most of our fish on the first stop in shallow water not a darn thing on sonar. The wind got up and stirred up the silt bad and fish shut off, edged into some clean water and caught a few more then off and we didn’t get a bite in deeper water. Just when things were getting stable and perdictable we got a ton of rain and totally destroyed that pattern that’s how its been all year now but I’m staying on them the best that I can. 20 large blue and channel catfish for my guests today. Thanks Kevin for booking with my service and long standing client of Fish On! 5.5 gallons filleted out right.

Fish On! March 1, 2025 Keystone Lake, have my good repeat customer and friend Steve organize a trip today and we got out there and trying to pick up where I left off yesterday and gone mostly got a few small fish 37ft of water did some scouring around then finally found the darn things a long ways away from where I was catching them yesterday. It’s been like that now since it warmed up. But it’s good when you find them. I’ve got openings this month if anybody wants to go I’m gonna stay over there and keep on the grind until some other striped fish and stuff like that get the biting good enough to take over. The water temperatures 40 or low 40s depending on time of day and location. We got a nice 30 pound blue cat today and we had another one over 30 inches as well and plenty of 6 to 10 pound range for eating and a few smalls big enough to clean. Which I do and send them home. Weather was wonderful has been. And I’ve probably got openings if anybody wants to go let me know! 7 gallons today. Plenty of meat to go on
